7. Confidentiality:You agree to keep confidential any information shared by RicciCPA that is not publicly available. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary marketing strategies, commission rates, and any other non-public information.
8. Compliance with Laws:You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your promotion and marketing activities. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
9. Changes to Terms:RicciCPA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Limitation of Liability:RicciCPA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the affiliate program.
