Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing audit engagements efficiently and profitably
  • Build and enhance client relationships
  • Provide quality technical advice
  • Possess leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Supervise and train junior staff
  • Participate in departmental and firm-wide meetings

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 2-4 years recent experience working in a public accounting environment
  • Solid understanding of audit and attest services
  • General knowledge of FASB regulations, GAAP, PCAOB Audit Standards, and GAAS
  • CPA or an action plan to complete all parts within the next 12 months
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have Senior Assurance level in-charge experience within a public accounting firm
  • Expertise in all aspects of external audit engagements
